Your mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and open-minded working student to join our operations at UNIO Enterprise. As a working student, you will support primarily the management team, as well as all business units with regards to operations, communication, administration, and reporting. This is a great opportunity to enter a dynamic and fast-paced environment, in the highly attractive industry of #newspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in overall management, a willingness to learn and remarkable organizational skills. Your challenge and key responsibilities: 

  • Support our C-level and Chief of Staff 
  • Provide support in project management and process development initiatives. 
  • Assist in day-to-day operational tasks such as communication, data entry, analysis, administration, and reporting.
  • Ownership of support processes.
  • Implementation of new tools to optimize processes.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to business processes and procedures. 
  • Support with management presentations. 
  • Conduct research on industry trends and provide insights to the team. 
  • Work collaboratively with other teams/subcontractors to ensure efficient and effective business operations. 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on business strategy. 
  • Help in managing schedules and appointments. 
  • Coordinate partnership activities. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled student at a university - preferably a master's student with a background in business administration, engineering, or related fields. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team. 
  • Familiarity with modern technologies and eagerness to adapt to new tools and processes. 
  • Possess an agile mindset and ability to work in a startup environment. 
  • Comfortable with new challenges and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. 
  • Familiarity with modern tools such as Miro, Hubspot, Personio, Betterfront etc. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 
  • Proactive and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Great proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite and the MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Availability up to work 20 hours per week (flexible arrangements possible during exam-times). (or internship full-time) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
