Our rapidly growing business within Lyft needs a top performer to help take Express Drive to the next level. In this role, you will assist the Regional Fleet Managers with vehicle management and drive improvements to the current fleet management processes. Responsibilities:- Collaborate with fleet management partners to track progress against key targets and initiatives
- Effectively and consistently execute upon operational process standards
- Analyze service and repair estimates and effectively triage through the process to ensure we are making the most cost effective decisions for the program
- Drive national process improvements to maximize program impact
- Provide ongoing feedback internally on what’s working and what’s not
- 2+ years of operational experience
- 1+ years of fleet management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Process-oriented, with experience simultaneously managing multiple projects
- Experience managing vendors and partners
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and re-prioritizing work as objectives shift
- Ability to analyze and understand data, communicating findings to a variety of audiences
- Strong bias for action
- General knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicles

Note: For this role, candidates must reside in states registered for Flexdrive Services LLC.
This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected base pay range for this position in the Nashville area is $21.08 - $24.80. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
