Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as our new Paid Social Specialist!

 

THE CHALLENGE

We are looking for a professional with a relevant experience in managing advertising campaigns on social media (mainly, but not only, Facebook/Instagram, X, Snapchat), who will manage the daily activities on our ad accounts (including campaign setup and optimisation, budget management, account whitelisting and other tasks/workflows) as well as the communication with internal and external stakeholders. Who will proactively explore trends and activities in the gaming industry which could inspire the Group’s strategy for Paid Social.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and execute/supervise paid social media activities and customer acquisition/retention efforts together with the Central Marketing team, the regional teams and external suppliers.
  • Support the Paid Social Manager on the execution of the quarterly plans across different platforms, always in alignment with the regional marketing strategy and targets.
  • Work together with the Content and Social Media team to create and suggest conversion-driven content and/or outsource the creation effectively.
  • Support Regional Content specialist in the design and creation of high-quality and effective paid Social Media ads, including images/videos from existing templates and post copy.
  • Support Regions in extensive A/B testing of creatives and audiences on our Social Media ads, to grant the best campaign optimization on each step of the customer funnel (branding, prospecting, retargeting).
  • Monitor and review existing paid social activities, procedures and workflows on a daily basis, constantly being in touch with the regional teams and the external suppliers.
  • Take over the creation of periodical reports to be shared and discussed with internal stakeholders during our weekly/bi-weekly catchups.
  • Take care of budget management on the accounts on a regular basis, suggesting tactics (always in alignment with our PS Manager) aimed to reach an optimal spend vs budget.
  • Keep alignment with the activities of the other Biddable Teams (PPC & Programmatic) on their channels.
Requirements :
  • At least 4 years of hands-on ads management experience (Mandatory: Meta; optional: X, Snap)
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Gaming industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent (optional)
