About the role

We’re looking for a Partnership Associate - Social Impact to help us increase the overall usage and visibility of DataCamp’s corporate social responsibility programs, DataCamp Classrooms and DataCamp Donates, especially in North and South America. They will collaborate running the 200+ DataCamp Donates Partnerships we have running at any given time, improving adoption and engagement amongst 100k+ users, promoting the programs to attain stronger partners and wider penetration, as well as performing outreach and data cleaning, and application approvals to expand both programs. 

We are looking for an ambitious, world-class communicator with a cheerful demeanor, high emotional intelligence, a voice that drives clicks on social media, and a passion for education.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mass outreach/marketing to teachers and universities in North America, South America, and Spain to drive new DataCamp Classrooms applications
  • Form partnerships with LATAM universities to build SEO links for datacamp.com/es 
  • Collect and clean national secondary school data for integration into DataCamp Classrooms
  • Nurture DC Classrooms Teacher Ambassadors and Donates/Classrooms Scholars in Certified Community with regular content previews, surveys, and interactions multiple times a week.
  • Assist Support in approving new Classrooms applications and responding to general inquiries sent to donate@datacamp.com,
  • Operate, review, and improve DataCamp Donates Partnership Applications. Design form revisions, review submissions, give denials, ask for more information, and invite to the first meeting.
  • Conduct first application meetings with organizations that align with the Associate’s language background, expertise, and interests.
  • Be Partnership Success Manager (main point of contact) for large portion of DataCamp Donates Partners. Conduct regular meetings with these partners. Drive adoption and engagement.
  • Assist in onboarding all DataCamp Donates Partners.
  • Targeted email outreach to potential large US and UK-based nonprofit partners
  • Help generate, document, and promote Social Impact success stories.
  • Write blog posts and social media copy and work with the Marketing team on cross product campaigns.
  • Help coordinate the employee volunteer program.

Essential

  • 1+ year of working experience in marketing, primarily in organic social advertising, email marketing, and/or community management. Residence in Latin America/Spain and an undergraduate degree are required.
  • Experience using DataCamp or being a DataCamp Donates scholar
  • Fully fluent in English and Spanish and adept at translation 
  • Experienced and highly skilled in Google Workspace (especially Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms) content management systems like ClickUp, customer communication management systems like Salesloft
  • Outstanding organizational skills and effective at prioritization, adopting project management tools as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication with professional email etiquette.
  • You have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively - understanding the happy marriage between planning ahead and being able to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Proficient in working with data and interpreting statistics. You can quickly diagnose a performance problem, visualize data, size up an opportunity, and propose multiple solutions.
  • A solid understanding of user experience journeys, you can drive traffic effectively and efficiently to key website and digital product touchpoints
  • You’re transparent, share data, and like to discuss what’s not going well just as much as what is. You ask vital questions to improve yourself, our processes, the entire company.

Desirable

  • Working experience in education, nonprofit management, or as an executive assistant. 
  • Working experience in data science, analysis, or engineering, with skills in Looker and/or PowerBI
  • Additional language proficiency (especially Portuguese)
  • Published or awarded writer.
  • Adept at public bilingual speaking and open to hosting webinars
  • Skills in graphic design (Figma), copywriting, videography and/or editing
  • Experience with campaign localization
