The Team:

You will be working as a People Analytics Specialist within the People & Culture department at Celonis in a dynamic, energetic team of professionals who all are critical thinkers and share the same passion: helping People and Culture at Celonis become more evidence-based.

The Role:

We are looking for a new colleague (Celonaut) with some existing experience as a People Analytics Specialist who thinks teamwork, fun, challenging work, and personal development are important.

As a People Analytics Specialist in People and Culture, you have hands-on experience in handling data sets and creating reports and insights. You are passionate about learning more about human resources, and you are curious about how our workforce and people and culture activities are impacting our business goals and strategies. You like working with data and are eager to create insights for our senior management and our customers.

The work you’ll do:

In this job, you are responsible for building and owning the whole piece of people insights, including dashboards and reports. In that work, you’ll partner with the wider People Analytics team and our Business Partners community to start developing products they can use on a daily basis to have access to insights on relevant people data.

  • Automize data flow for company-wide P&C reporting (i.e., sustainability, C-Level, compensation cycles, etc.)
  • Build dashboards for People Business Partners
  • Support and/or run deep-dive analyses on specific HR topics
  • Support the creation of quarterly people reports
  • Support the further advancement of our People Analytics function in terms of tool landscape and offering portfolio (i.e., analytics tool implementation, data connection, etc.)

The qualifications you need:

  • 3-5 years of work experience with a career in data analyses
  • Proficient in Excel and experience with tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with Workday, especially in Reporting
  • Proficient in data management and transformation
  • Result-oriented, analytical and self-starting capabilities
  • Strong affinity with or experience in People and Culture (HR)
  • Experience with handling HR data
  • Experience with survey management is an advantage
  • Experience with other digital tools or programming languages (i.e., Python, SQL, etc.) is an advantage
  • Proficient in the English language
