As a PO System Manager in Product Development, you will play an integral part in our Operations Team to help deliver some of the most innovative and engaging products in the industry! 

The Wow

You will be part of the Operational Excellence team, a tight knit team, and as a PO System Manager you will gain exposure to procurement and budgeting operations related to technology purchases.  

A taster of what you will be involved with:
  • Coordinate P2P process and optimise budget consumption via regular stakeholder meetings
  • Facilitate and manage the Purchasing Process for the Product and Product Development departments
  • Support Product and Product Development teams with raising Purchase Requests
  • Handle budget transfer requests / adjustment for Product and Product Development
  • Liaise with Finance department on budget entries, adjustments and termination of services
  • Gather feedback from the Procurement team about the e-Procurement platform, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide first line support to the Product and Product Development teams related to the P2P process and eProcurement system
  • Take responsibility for Product and Product Development User Management on the e-Procurement tool
  • Manage and maintain workflows on the e-Procurement tool
  • Train Product and Product Development users on the e-Procurement tool’s new features and releases
  • Support Product and Product Development with budget queries and requests
  • Compile regular reports on various aspects of the P2P cycle
  • Regularly update and maintain the lists of Supplier Managers and Cost Centres on the e-Procurement system, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
  • Participate in the Tech Evaluation Process to ensure a smooth transition from supplier/tool evaluation to finalising purchases
You're good with: 
  • Must demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Budgeting and Procure-to-Pay best practices and good understanding of Procurement process
  • Prior experience in Purchasing, budget management, finance/accounting.
  • Desired experience working in a tech department / company
  • Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional business partners, members of the Company’s Leadership Team
  • Pro-active and Innovative problem solver
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong demonstrable organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, and passion to learn new things to improve
  • Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communicator in English (written & verbal) and able to build strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally
  • Ability to manage your time and deadlines
  • Proficient user of MS Office tools
Extra Awesome:
  • If you have worked within the iGaming industry 
  • If you have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Procurement or Business Management
