We are a growing team looking for a Product Manager in the Carrier Product Team to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin or Amsterdam office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Product Manager you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like crafting a robust roadmap aimed at streamlining and building a seamless onboarding experience for our carriers.. You will be collaborating closely with other product managers, central and local operational teams, marketing and engineering teams to develop some entirely new offerings and enhance existing offerings.

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for carrier onboarding, from ideation to implementation.
• Conduct in-depth customer discovery to gain insights into carrier needs, pain points, and preferences to craft effective product strategies.
• Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and optimizations to streamline the carrier onboarding process.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand cross functional business requirements and translate them into effective product strategies. 
• Implement strategies for tracking conversion rates, leveraging customer feedback and data to iterate and enhance the onboarding journey.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

• 3+ years as a product manager, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or logistics
• Experience defining and delivering products in a matrix environment
• An analytical and data-based approach to find and prioritize the most impactful developments to the customer-experience and our business
• Clear and confident communication with engineering teams and multiple stakeholders across the company; strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive roadmap and strategy linked to company business goals and priorities
• Previous experience working on onboarding products is a strong plus
