YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As Product Optimisation Manager you are responsible for driving end-to-end success in customising and optimising the product- and service in our markets. In this role you will balance the value of local customisation vs the complexity of many markets and work data-driven with supporting managers across Voi in identifying needs and opportunities, guiding decision making, tuning prioritisation and strategy, and acting as a tactical project manager for our most important product optimisation initiatives. This will include:

  • Advising the local market teams on scaling and customisation of key features and parameters of the product to maximise local business impact
  • Improving product education and supporting local teams in understanding products and their impact on performance, including how different features interlinks and should be combined
  • Collaborating with product teams to facilitate experiments that validates new functionality, and work hands on with identifying and conducting experiments to validate optimisation hypotheses, especially for features being beyond the initial piloting and validation stage
  • Providing product and management teams with synthesised insights to support key business decisions and prioritisation based on cross-market patterns, pain-points and performance data
  • Driving improvements in product processes and collaboration with stakeholders outside the R&D organisation
  • Continuously identify and prioritise new opportunities for product optimisation and share hypotheses and learnings with other teams where needed to achieve better outcomes

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We’re looking for a structured, strategic and highly analytical problem solver, with a data-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple projects and drive adaptation in a dynamic environment. In addition to being fluent in English, self-sufficient and goal-oriented, we believer the right person has: 

  • Bachelor within business, economics, engineering or similar
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally
  • Experience from working in product operations, product management, strategy consulting, operations management, commercial development or similar
  • Experience from making decisions or recommendations to optimise business outcomes and financial performance
  • Experience from managing projects and driving change with multiple stakeholders across different business functions
  • Experience from working hands-on with data analytics and business case modelling, knowledge of SQL, tableau and metabase is a merit
