We're on the lookout for a Strategic Program Manager to spearhead initiatives aligned with our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), aimed at unlocking leverage within our organization. This role holds the key to driving and overseeing programs focused on enhancing capabilities, structures, and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

What's the job?

• Take charge of planning, executing, and monitoring programs geared towards bolstering infrastructure and driving cost efficiency.
• Establish transparent project objectives, timelines, and success criteria for each initiative, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across all stages of the program lifecycle.
• Stay ahead of the game by proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could hinder successful initiative delivery.
• Forge robust relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, functional heads, and team members.
• Develop and implement robust mechanisms to track initiative performance against predefined metrics and KPIs.
• Craft compelling reports and presentations to communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to assess initiative effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement

Does it sound like you?

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience with a proven track record in management consulting or operating roles within the technology industry.
• Proven expertise in program management, ideally within a transformation or change management context.
• Stellar leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, enabling influence at all organizational levels.
• An analytical mindset, allowing you to interpret data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a knack for delivering results.
