The Wow

We are searching for a Project Manager to join our global HR team. It will be your task to organise, prioritise and ultimately ensure that our global projects are delivered to the business. You will be working closely with the CHRO and Head of Talent Acquisition to drive our People projects from start to finish. In your role, you will support and help the team with their projects which will give you vast insights and understandings around HR processes in all different HR areas.

A flavor of what you'll be doing:

•    Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, budget, issues, risks, change management activations and business scope statements in accordance with program goals.•    Driving practical rollouts and implementation of HR & talent acquisition projects, knowledge, processes and tools•    Supporting with reporting and administrative tasks•    Own the HR & TA Departments budget tracking and invoice management in partnership with finance•    Design and maintain resources and programs that build employee, HR and manager ability to attract, select, hire and engage the right people•    Organize and maintain our departmental drive, intranet & ticketing structure•    Draft policies, create handbooks and HR / talent acquisition resources, facilitate meetings and workshops, document outcomes, and help to drive team participation and execution of next steps

  • Master Budget & Financial Management: Sharpen your financial acumen by owning the HR & TA departments’ budget tracking and invoice management. Collaborate with finance teams and gain invaluable experience in managing departmental finances.
  • Grow in a Dynamic, Data-Driven Environment: Leverage your analytical skills in a data-rich setting where your ability to problem-solve, optimize processes, structure drives, develop resources, guides and other materials.
You’re good at
  • Structured, detail-oriented problem solver with proven experience in project management and related tools
  • Prior experience in a highly analytical and data driven environment
  • Competent in MS Office, expert in Excel
  • First experience in HR or an interest to grow within the HR field desirable
  • Fluent English, Maltese, Swedish or another language is desirable
