About You:

  • Desire to learn about recruiting and people operations
  • Interest in working in a startup environment
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university

What skills do I need? 

  • Ability to work towards deadlines 
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source passive candidates for roles across the organization
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Manage ATS and review applications with recruiting team
