About the team

At Deliveroo, our Global Business Recruitment Team spans multiple departments and regions and each of our Business Recruiters is a specialist in their area. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead for our HQ functions, you'll work with a talented team of recruiters, gaining valuable experience across many departments and you'll positively contribute to the Talent Acquisition team at Deliveroo.

About the role

You will support our HQ team, based in the London office where we're proud to offer flexible and hybrid working. Recruiting for roles in Finance, People and Marketing you'll have previous experience sourcing niche talent, and evaluating technical and behavioural competencies against our Values.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring: Manage the full-cycle process from creative sourcing to complex closing and recruitment coordination of interviews. You'll advise on interview best practices, refine processes and build diverse talent pools for Emiratization, Operations, Customer Care, Editions and Sites hiring.

  • Process Improvement: You'll identify opportunities to improve our approach and guide meaningful changes. Using data to influence hiring managers will be key.

  • Data integrity driven: Driving data integrity across all roles.

  • DE&I: You'll identify gaps and develop hiring solutions that can help our organisation and management team scale a diverse and inclusive team.

  • Crafting memorable experiences: You'll go above and beyond to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Business partnership: with hiring managers to provide best recruitment solutions.

  • Things are always changing here at Deliveroo. You'll have plenty of examples of how you've adapted quickly and stepped up to drive process improvements.

Requirements and things we’d like to see in you

  • 0-2 years experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening candidates 

  • Outstanding sourcing skills if preferred - build candidate pipelines; approach and build relationships with great people to join Deliveroo

  • Proficient data skills, utilising a variety of tools (i.e. ATS in general such as Workday, Ashby Analytics & Greenhouse), to highlight trends in data and influencing through data

  • English communication skills verbal and written

  • UAE National Family book is a must (Khulasat Qayd)
