YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY

• Be the Regional General Managements’ right-hand in any strategic decision across different functions, such as Operations, Commercial or business development opportunities, to implement our strategy and drive key business initiatives
• Lead and execute functional projects across the region, working hand-in-hand with our Local Teams and HQ stakeholders
• Develop outstanding insights on our markets, competitors and business trends, and disseminate this knowledge across the Region to drive key decisions 
• Analyze business performance KPIs, identifying challenges and potential improvement opportunities
• Report to the General Manager for Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Slovenia and Moldova  
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference within the organization

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 5+ years experience in top-tier investment banking, management consulting or corporate strategy for a fast-growing global operating tech company
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other relevant fields; MBA preferred
• Strong analytical abilities, as well as excellent skills in presenting data and creating actionable reports
• Strategic thinking and planning
• Hands-on mentality. Get into details, deepdive and problem solving 
• Excellent skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports
• Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals
• An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
