In this role, you will:

  • Help set up, maintain and roll out new channels.
  • Support the team with overseeing content optimization and management of OTAs.
  • Take part in carrying out regular market research and benchmarking in order to identify trends and innovations and derive concrete recommendations for action.
  • Assist with new BOB openings with the setup of all distribution systems.
  • Help with assisting in the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the system setup of the PMS, RMC, and GDS systems.
  • Provide support & training materials for all Bobstars on any OTA and online distribution-related questions.
  • Conduct system audits to ensure adherence to systems.
  • Be an active player in part of the growth team participating in all projects and meetings.
  • Assist with the maximization of revenues into the hotels by monitoring, managing, and maintaining group and transient inventories
  • Assist in preparing annual business plans for the hotels
  • Help with keeping rate parity and maintaining the events calendar.

Our 5-star candidate:

  • Enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field - University or applied science level.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a good understanding of analytical tools.
  • Vast interest in different tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passionate about problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
