In this role, you will:

  • Respond in a timely manner to partner bookings.
  • Promote services to existing customers and help with finding new prospects.
  • Work with the team to apply sales strategy in different Bob W’s locations.
  • Contribute to market research and use various sales tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-team on sales activities and needs.
  • Find and suggest ways to improve our processes.
  • Help with managing new sales channel rollouts.
  • Be an active player in part of the growth team participating in all projects and meetings.
  • Take responsibility for setting up and maintaining and rolling out new channels.
  • Oversee content optimization and management of online sales channels.

Our 5-star candidate:

  • Enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field - University or applied science level.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passionate about problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous project or internship experience in Sales or Distribution.
  • Vast interest in Sales & Distribution career path.
  • Experience in using PMS and CRM systems.
