YOUR IMPACT

As Revenue Operations Analyst you will play a crucial part in leading the way we handle commercial data at EQS. From day-to-day activities such as sales reporting and maintaining CRM data to special projects like the clean-up and alignment of data bases, you will facilitate data-driven decisions for strategic and repeatable sales.  Here’s a sneak peek at how you would contribute:

  • Get ready to grow! You will be one of the first members of our completely new Sales Operations team. Together we will work on day-to-day support topics as well as strategic projects to increase efficiency and constantly improve the way we win and grow customers at EQS to achieve our ARR, Net Revenue Retention and new customer team targets. This will give you the change to learn and grow within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Set the foundation! Your mission will start with quickly getting an overview of EQS’ sales processes, data generated, and systems involved. Based on this, you will execute different projects to improve data quality, merging data into one single source of truth (our CRM) and aligning with involved stakeholders, such as marketing, internal applications, product and more.
  • Analyze, present, propel! Conduct regular data-driven analyzes and prepare internal/external reports and presentations on KPIs, commissions and targets achieved. Implement checks if data is correctly entered into our sales systems and self-service automated dashboards. Handle special data inquiries by sales leaders, our management board, or other departments in a timely manner to support data-driven decision making.
  • Take ownership! Actively drive operational excellence with the enhancement of business-related systems and processes. Gather feedback from the sales and growth teams to improve the usability of our CRM in order to make winning and growing customers at EQS easier. Provide support daily to commercial teams on any issues/blockers they might face within the CRM.
