Together, we’re solving real problems for real people.We are looking for an analyst to join our Revenue Operations team within CX Strategy & Operations. In this role you will be part of a team supporting the delivery of quota/commissions, forecasting, budget planning and workforce planning for our Account Management team (expansion sales).

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Support analytical/data requests from Account Management and CX leadership
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and presentations to track ongoing performance of our customer teams
  • Partner with stakeholders in finance, product and sales to ensure data is represented in company planning
  • Present insights to Customer experience leadership
  • Support in preparation of data and insights for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Expertise in excel, BI tools and data visualization
  • Experience working with presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus: experience with CRMs, finance tools, SQL, data warehousing etc
