Together, we’re solving real problems for real people.We are looking for an experienced analyst to join our Revenue Operations team within CX Strategy & Operations. In this role you will be responsible for our Net Revenue Retention business plan and associated models representing a large portion of Personio’s recurring revenue. This is a high exposure role with a unique opportunity to evolve revenue strategy in a scale-up environment.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Build and maintain models to predict expansion, detraction and churn in our customer base.
  • Partner with stakeholders in account management (sales) leadership, data and product operations to ensure an aligned revenue plan
  • Regularly present insights to the finance and executive team 
  • Partner with operations and leadership to develop action plans and corrective measures based on insights
  • Contribute analytical support to critical company initiatives - pricing, product-led growth, product adoption etc

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • 8+ years of analytical and modeling experience in sales/customer ops, finance, banking or consulting
  • Prior experience planning some aspects of net retention in a medium/large SaaS/subscription business 
  • Expertise in excel, BI tools and data visualization
  • Experience presenting to Director + and C level audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus: experience with CRMs, finance tools, SQL, data warehousing etc
