The goal of Marketing aligned with bookingkit’s vision and mission for 2025 is to create more impact on the business by providing full coverage across the buyer journey, as a part of the revenue organization. This virtually enables us to live and breathe the customer needs, and understand our industry and focus verticals in utmost depth.
So we are looking for you as a Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) to work full-time with us starting May 1st in Berlin!
Your Day-to-Day Work In This Role
- Take ownership of the Marketing CRM system, specifically HubSpot, to oversee and optimize the buyer journey.
- Design and implement sales processes within HubSpot to effectively funnel high-quality leads to the sales team. Continuously refine and optimize processes for maximum efficiency and lead conversion.
- Manage prospect nurturing initiatives to support the sales team in accelerating deal closures. Develop and execute strategies to engage and educate prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive customer retention strategy encompassing upselling, cross-selling, churn prevention, and winback initiatives.
- Work closely with our Customer Success team and support them in facilitating accelerated vendor growth.
- Analyze data and generate and maintain reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Metabase.
We Are Match If:
- You speak fluent English.
- You have proven experience in revenue operations, CRM Marketing, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
- You have demonstrated expertise with HubSpot, and familiarity with sales automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in leveraging data for customer segmentation incl. HubSpot reports, Google Analytics etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Extra Awesome If:
- You speak German or Italian.
- You are familiar with AI & automation tools such as Clay, Apollo etc.
- You have previously worked in a Revenue Operations (RevOps) role.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
