Would you like to transform the fitness and health industry with us? In this role you will work in our new Revenue Operations team in Munich and leverage data and processes to support the operations of all teams along the revenue funnel (Sales, Marketing, CSM/KAM, BDR/SDR). The team's goal is to build an effective revenue engine, by aligning the right people with the right repeatable processes, driven by the right data, tech, and metrics.

  • Ownership & Optimization: You own the Sales Funnel, Pipeline Management & Forecasting Process from a Revenue Operations perspective. You play a key role in optimizing CVRs and pipeline management and help us to reach our ambitious targets
  • Meeting Organization: You create a meeting cadence with relevant stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, CSM, BDR/SDR) to align around business goals
  • Contact person: You will be a go-to person for our Head of Departments to discover the potential for improvement in our revenue performance
  • Empowering data-driven mindset: You will empower a data-driven mindset by establishing best in class analytics
  • Creating insights: You create actionable insights with short and long-term reports, metrics, and objectives while focusing on enhancing workflows and cross-departmental engagement
  • Revenue Enablement: You identify and remove obstacles that delay or stop our teams from generating revenue 

Your fitness level

  • Professional Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in driving process improvements and revenue-generating strategies in roles such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Operations or similar
  • Sales Understanding: You have a deep understanding of the commercial sales funnel, you are proficient in financial and revenue modeling, sales approaches, metrics and reporting and you could leverage processes to drive improvements
  • Analytical & Strategic Skills: You have exceptional structuring and analytical skills with an ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • IT Skills:  You have experience in working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and you are capable of deriving insights from data
  • Language skills: You have professional proficiency in English (German as a plus)

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • Dashboard Creation: You created relevant dashboards to track your relevant KPIs (Conversions, Sales Cycle, Sales Velocity, etc.)
  • KPI Based Roadmap: You created a roadmap based on your KPIs and you have a clear prioritization of your future projects
  • Data Driven Culture: You worked closely with all relevant stakeholders empowering a data driven culture
  • Optimization: You already achieved first measurable efficiency wins through optimizations
