They are innately curious and strive to always understand and better the status quo.We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our central operations team within RevOps. This role will be the driving force for the Growth team by optimizing processes, transforming our tech stack and maximizing growth opportunities.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Enhance Growth Team Efficiency: Serve as the driving force to make our Growth team, which handles all customer-related activities, as efficient as possible through the strategic use of technology and scalable operations.

  • Support Growth Objectives: Collaborate with the Growth team to reduce churn rates, maximize upsell opportunities, and support organic growth using tools such as Salesforce, Groove, Gong, and Tableau.

  • Liaison Role: Act as a vital link between the Growth business partner (operations lead for the Growth leadership team) and internal systems and operational functions to ensure scalability and efficiency.

  • End-to-End Process Optimization: Manage all aspects of process efficiencies, from identifying issues in reporting or from team leaders, to designing solutions with the Salesforce team, and assisting in rollout with the enablement team. This involves working closely with multiple stakeholders daily.

  • Technology Stack: Play a key role in upgrading our tech stack over the next few years (and beyond) by ensuring that the Growth team's needs are met in order to maximize revenue from our existing customer base.

  • Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: Collaborate with the centralized Systems team to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Track multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and maintain clear communication with field teams.

  • Optimize Non-Technical Processes: Enhance efficiency in processes such as forecasting, lead flows, team design, and feedback reporting across various geographies and segments. 

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

Salesforce Administration:

  • Basic understanding of Salesforce setup and configuration.

  • Ability to manage user accounts, permissions, and roles.

  • Proficiency in importing, exporting, and managing data within Salesforce.

  • Experience with data validation rules and deduplication processes.

  • Ability to create and customize reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and business metrics.

  • Understanding of how to use report filters, groupings, and formulas.

Preferred but not required; 

  • Familiarity with other tools used by the Growth team, such as Groove, Gong, and Tableau, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced functions like pivot tables, V-lookups, and data visualization techniques.

Experience:

  • Sales and Growth Strategy Expertise: Deep understanding of sales and growth strategies, with a strong grasp of customer lifecycle management, upselling techniques, and churn reduction strategies.

  • Revenue Operations in SaaS: Proven experience in Revenue Operations within high-growth or complex SaaS organizations, demonstrating the ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.

  • Post-Sale Operations Management: Extensive experience managing operations for post-sale teams, ensuring seamless execution of activities that drive customer success and retention.
