Your mission:

As a Revenue Operations Manager at enmacc, you will play a crucial role in optimising our go-to-market (GTM) processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and improvement of our core revenue systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to drive efficiency and predictability. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to contribute to a rapidly scaling company in the dynamic energy sector.

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Revenue Team Enablement: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide training, resources, and operational support that drives efficiency and
  • accelerates business growth.
  • System Administration: Manage and optimise our CRM and other sales, marketing, and customer success tools, ensuring data accuracy and system health.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in GTM processes (lead-to-cash) and propose/implement solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, providing ongoing actionable insights and support to the team.
  • Data Management: Ensure data quality and consistency across all revenue systems, implementing data governance best practices.
  • Enablement Support: Assist in creating and maintaining sales and marketing collateral, training materials, and process documentation.

 

Your profile - What you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Revenue/ Sales/ Marketing Operations or Support role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM administration and marketing automation platforms.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
  • Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information.
  • Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new systems, tools and processes quickly.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with the energy sector or financial trading platforms.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Experience in sales enablement, onboarding, and marketing operations.
  • Proficiency in German.
  • An affinity for AI tools and trends in RevOps, with curiosity for how automation can enhance business processes and insights
