Together, we’re building relationships, solving problems and impacting the way people experience work every single day.As our Customer Growth Manager, you will actively contribute to Personio’s growth by driving upsell/cross-sell revenue with existing customers in DACH. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Expanding our DACH customer revenue by identifying & approaching existing customers with upselling potential in order to build a healthy sales pipeline. 

  • Independently managing your own book of business - conducting product demos and continuously building business relationships.

  • Analyzing the behavior and needs of customers (e.g. Health Score, NPS) and suggesting specific actions to ensure they are making full use of our product suite. 

  • Working with ambitious targets to be able to measure the success of your work and position our product against our competitors.

  • Scaling up and constantly improving our work to increase the quality and efficiency of our upsell processes.

  • You are a teamplayer: You do not only find solution to problems as they arise, but think of scalable way to tackle them proactively and 

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales/account management (ideally in a tech or SaaS environment) with the demonstrated ability to overachieve against targets

  • Business proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to fast-changing circumstances.

  • You can clearly position the value of our products and how they solve for the needs of our customers.

  • You find creative solutions for problems and thrive in ambiguity.

  • You enjoy working against an ambitious target 

  • You are interested in HR and organisational topics, and you enjoy working with customers

  • Ideally, experience working with CRM, ticketing or project management software (e.g. Salesforce, Groove, JIRA, Confluence).
