- New Business: You will play a crucial role in identifying potential business cases, developing plans, and operationalizing the market strategy.
- Drive Growth: Your responsibility will be to build a substantial lead pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing.
- Grow the Network: You will need to engage with, manage, and develop relationships with relevant governmental, commercial, and institutional organizations across the market.
- Write Winning Bids: You should create outstanding proposals for commercial, institutional tenders, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that the bids are successful.

- Relevant Work Experience: First-hand experience as Sales or Business Development Manager with a proven track record (+5 years), ideally in a relevant industry (Agriculture, Transport & Logistics or Automotive).
- Expertise: A solid technical understanding combined with a strong business acumen.
- Language: Fluency in English and German (verbal and written).
- Self-starter comfortable operating autonomously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
