We are looking for two Commissions Analysts, as part of the Finance organization, to support the end-to-end sales compensation administration for our fast-paced, high-growth global sales organization. You will be responsible for administering the commission process end-to-end, including calculating commissions based on complex compensation plans, reviewing and validating data inputs, resolving inquiries related to commission payouts, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure timely payment processing. Cross functionally, the position works with the Sales, Sales Ops and Payroll teams to coordinate and ensure sales commissions, SPIFFs and other variable incentives are accurate, complete, and paid on time.

  • We work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, SOX and Accounting teams.

The impact you'll have

  • Administer timely and accurate sales variable payments using our Xactly Sales Compensation Tool and manage terminations, LOAs, commission hold & releases, SPIFFs, etc. in accordance with the sales compensation policies.
  • Validate quota attainment and commission earnings prior to payroll submission for accuracy and ensure audit compliance.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure SFDC sales bookings data is reported accurately and timely each month to meet critical monthly commission payout deadlines.
  • Partner with Sales Ops / Sales Strategy to process, distribute and complete Sales Compensation plans and ensure audit compliance.
  • Resolve sales compensation related inquiries or issues through a ticketing system (FreshService).
  • Escalate issues to management timely with facts and recommendations for resolution.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Commissions Analyst or similar role in end-to-end sales compensation administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Xactly, Callidus or other ICM tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and G Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet multiple competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is critical.
  • Ability to anticipate issues or process gaps, and be proactive in addressing them.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
