• You advise and consult potential new insured persons about private full-comprehensive health insurance and private supplementary insurance on the phone
• You guide prospects through our digital processes via phone and co-browsing and clarify open questions
• You put together individual information packages and offers
• You convince prospects of our products
• You maintain our modern CRM system (e.g. contact data, tasks, phone call documentation)

• You have successfully completed vocational training (preferably in the commercial field with a degree from IHK)
• You have already gained experience in insurance sales - ideally in the field of health insurance
• You are a serious and friendly conversational partner on the phone
• You are sociable, enjoy sales and have the necessary can-do attitude
• You put yourself in the position of the potential customer, you are a good listener and have a feeling for problem-solving
• You are flexible and align your working hours with the wishes of our prospects
• You see yourself as a team player who achieves and celebrates successes together with colleagues
• Sales successes push and motivate you
• You have a knack for  organizing tasks and structured working
