Role Responsibilities: What you'll doGenerate high-quality leads through active prospecting and qualification across multiple channels such as social media, phone calls, email & video.
Engage and nurture leads by providing valuable content, addressing questions, and building strong relationships with key decision makers.
Communicate the value of Personio to potential customers in a clear and concise way.
Evaluate potential Personio customers to determine fit, needs, and level of interest.
Collaborate with experienced Account Executives to drive new business and facilitate personal development.
Foster teamwork and collaboration with fellow SDRs to share best practices and continuously enhance lead generation and qualification processes.
Effectively manage your pipeline by tracking leads, scheduling demos, and promptly following up with prospects.
- Consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs to drive overall success.
Ideally 1 year sales experience, or in lead generation, Sales Development, Customer Service or similar.
Ideally knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, Groove, Sales Navigator etc. and ability to apply sales processes and methodologies.
Ability to understand and effectively promote technical offerings and solutions.
Desire to work in a KPI focused environment & capability to maintain a high level of activity while effectively managing multiple priorities.
Excellent organisational skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.
Is self-aware, actively seeks and appreciates feedback, and takes ownership for improvement.
A strong curiosity and a proactive approach to finding solutions
Is resilient, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve targets and goals.
Exceptional communication skills, providing clear, concise, and engaging messages in both written and spoken English.
