We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to own the sales enablement activities for the inbound Business Development Representative team as well as cross-company learning programs. 

We are currently looking for someone to join on a full-time basis

This role will report directly to the L&D team manager and will be part of the HR organization. 

The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping people learn and grow, able to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent organizational skills.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Own, build and drive adoption of Sales Enablement training globally e.g. onboarding boot camps for new BDRs
  • Provide ongoing training and development based on gap analysis 
  • Work closely with Go To Market managers to design and create sales certification programs 
  • Make sure the BDR team are maximising the use of tools and resources designed to help them reach their full potential
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business (Marketing, Strategy, Product etc) to keep BDRs up to date with all key updates in the business and wider industry
  • Collaborate with the L&D team on building and executing the Sales Academy for sales personnel who are early into their careers
  • Responsible for creating and executing learning solutions and programs (mentorship & coaching program, e-learning platforms, and live workshops)
  • Responsible for monitoring our employees' feedback and scores related to personal development and ensuring we are evolving our actions accordingly.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • 3 years of experience in sales enablement 
  • Native English - required 
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training
  • Strong storyteller with superb communication & presentation skills
  • Curious and eager to learn best practices and grow within the HR organisation
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • BA in Management, Psychology, Sociology,  Learning technologies, or any relevant field - is a plus
