As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales success within the Enterprise segment by providing technical expertise, solutions architecture and support throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for understanding the client’s technical architecture throughout the lifecycle. This is an instrumental role in driving customer confidence and facilitating successful adoption when serving Enterprise clients.

What you'll be doing:
  • Collaborate closely with the Enterprise unit to understand client requirements and their objectives
  • Liaise with clients to do technical discoveries and assess their needs
  • Design and architect comprehensive solutions that address the customer needs and align with their technical infrastructure
  • Address technical questions, concerns, and objections raised by customers during meetings, providing clear and concise explanations and solutions
  • Plan and execute on validating our solutions fit and functionalities with the clients technical infrastructure
  • Partner with the Enterprise unit to support executing on strategic deals 
  • Translate the proposed technical solutions into clear value proposition to customers
  • Leverage the technical expertise to support the Enterprise unit in identifying and pursuing new opportunities
Who you are:
  • Proven experience in Sales Engineering or similar role
  • Strong technical background with fair understanding of software development and web technologies
  • A command of HTML/CSS Skilled in Javascript, Python or other scripting languages
  • Comfortable learning new technology/systems quickly and efficiently 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gaps between technical capabilities with customer requirements
  • Good business acumen
  • Adept of delivering best customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep passion and understanding for processes & systems and proactive in seeking opportunities to learn and improve existing ones
