We are on a steep growth curve, and we are looking for a Sales Intern to support our Sales team. This position is open to residents of Lisbon. If interested, please send us your most updated CV in English.

Your Responsibilities

• Full control of the whole customer sales cycle. Liaise with other teams to maximise your chance of success.
• Become proficient with our CRM to manage your pipeline, analyse data, export reports and build actionable and data-driven plans.
• Explore new opportunities for the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion rate.
• Become an expert on our portfolio of housing and services.
• Learn how to work with activity and output targets to ensure your and your team's success.
• This position may require traveling to do site visits of our properties in EMEA.

Your Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
• Full-working proficiency in English. German, Portuguese, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
• Some international background through work and/or study abroad is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in navigating social media platforms.
• Customer-focused mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.
• Self-accountable and able to work independently without well-worn paths or established protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for real estate, shared living, and alignment with the Habyt mission.
• Flexibility and ability to travel.
