About the Role: Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed annual quota attainment while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and effectively qualify sales leads and maintain a sales revenue pipeline.
  • Develop and execute on sales and business plans to achieve annual sales and business objectives and provide accurate and timely reports/forecasts.
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers and penetrate targeted prospects
  •  Develop a team selling approach and act as a liaison between customers and pre-sales technical specialists, inside sales, and the customer service organization.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the accounts, driving increased sales and market share.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track progress, identify trends, and present insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage negotiations, pricing, and contract renewals, focusing on mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
  • Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese/English.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Google Suite or related software. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Nice to have experience in working on Software Engineering projects in the Auto industry working with Chinese OEMs. 
  • Customer/partner network in the Chinese OEM market
  • Experience in OTA Vehicle Cloud Data sales is an advantage.
Work Location / Travel
  • Shanghai-based. 
  • Required domestic/international travel to customer locations as needed.
