As a global marketplace, 1stDibs can only provide the most beautiful things on Earth by partnering with more dealers, makers and gallerists world-wide. We are hiring a Sales Operations Associate to help support these sales initiatives.

In this role, you will provide support to our sales operations team with executing and measuring the efficacy of sales strategies. This individual will support sales operations processes and initiatives company wide for our Trade, Private Client, and Supply sales teams. The role partners with cross-functional teams to have sellers and designers successfully join the marketplace. This involves managing communication processes using Salesforce Sales Engagement. We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful individual to become our newest associate who will help us meet our business goals. 

What you’ll do:

  • Update and monitor sales performance dashboards and reports (e.g. Looker, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Own the book management and account assignment process to effectively run the business day to day 
  • Execute, innovate, and document workflows to enhance organizational effectiveness 
  • Work cross functionally on various operational and analytical projects by analyzing data to identify key insights to provide recommendations, and inform decisions
  • Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to use data to make informed decisions and create solutions

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in an operational or analytical role such as Revenue Operations, Communications, or Merchandising/Merchandise Planning
  • Strong written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease and to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work well in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and documentation skills
  • Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail and timeliness
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Docs

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Sales Engagement, and Google Looker is a plus
  • Interest in and experience with design and/or luxury products is a plus
  • Experience and/or understanding of a marketplace/e-commerce platform

Total Compensation Statement 

1stDibs views the value of the employees’ compensation package in its totality. The package may comprise base salary, variable compensation (either equity or cash, where applicable), and health and work-life benefits, and is reviewed annually. Ultimately, we'll determine your pay based on your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
