Join over 6,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.   Sales Operations Manager   Why We Have This Role The Sales Operations Manager will enable the global expansion of Qualtrics by leading a new team that is part of Qualtrics’ Strategy & Operations group. The sales operations team supports Qualtrics sellers worldwide in various capacities, including RFP/proposal support, deal desk and general sales execution functions. This position will fill a critical role in helping build out a new team in Mexico City. Responsibilities will include managing a team of new Qualtricians with a critical task of helping our sales reps thrive. This will include working with your manager and peers in developing and then tightly managing team performance to ensure they are supporting the global team effectively and efficiently. You will also be expected to drive process improvements and help the team scale appropriately.   The position will be located in the Qualtrics Mexico City office and will report directly to the Director of Deal Operations in our Provo, Utah (USA) office.     How You’ll Find Success
  • Act as a sales-facing subject matter expert on various revenue operations related matters
  • Assist sales teams in building and positioning complex orders, preparing customer-facing presentations and
  • Acting as the liaison between your team and key partners throughout the business (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Legal, Order Management, Product Marketing, etc.) as well as your revenue operations peers throughout the world
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day proposal, quote and pricing approvals
  • Capture and operationalize feedback from Qualtrics sales teams about the effectiveness of your team and analyze individual KPIs to help team members improve
  • Maintain agreed upon SLAs for all team responsibilities
  • Act as a point of escalation for critical projects and team tasks

  What We’re Looking For On Your CV
  • 5+ years experience at a B2B software firm (SaaS preferred) in a sales or revenue operations role
  • 2+ years managing a team with experience developing talent
  • Proven management and collaboration skills and experience managing a team with broad functional responsibilities
  • Ability to expand, modify and improve business processes
  • Working knowledge of international business and how global teams function
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or other business
  • Proven and demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g. ability to structure, create, and present to senior management)
Even Better if You Have:
  • Master’s degree in business, sales management, economics, marketing, strategy, or finance
  • Experience working within an organization that is rapidly changing its processes
  • Experience working directly in a support function with enterprise sellers (preferably in a SaaS environment)
  • Have held a role where you had to do multiple sales operations functions at the same time
  • Knowledge and experience in pricing and deal structure
