Location, Remote US Team and Role Overview

The Global GTM Planning and Operations team at Cloudflare aims to support our high growth Sales organization through scalable and optimized GTM planning and operations. We focus on thoughtful planning of sales capacity, segmentation, territory carving, quota setting, and compensation design while ensuring clear rules of engagement for our Sales Team. Our goal is to establish a cohesive, consistent process framework that can support high growth and enable the Company’s Strategy.

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce process and functional design expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and implementing world-class sales processes and tools within our Salesforce platform to drive high sales growth and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales processes. 

As the Salesforce process and tools expert,  you will be expected to design and manage Cloudflare's Salesforce opportunity and forecast management process design including architecture, reporting, requirements and writing up training material as well as deploying new features. You will be expected to collaborate closely with Regional sales operations team members, IT, and shared services  to drive results and ensure alignment across the organization. You will be part of the central global team that is responsible for deploying annual planning territory, tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation and optimization of Sales processes and tools within Salesforce platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and training materials for sales processes and tools usage
  • Provide expert guidance and support to sales team members on the effective utilization of Salesforce processes and tools
  • Create a 3-year maturity model for Sales processes and tools
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales operations, process improvement or salesforce administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting within Salesforce. 
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and tools within Salesforce as well as related tools such as Boostup, Clari, etc.
  • Ability to develop process and training materials is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills required
  • Bachelor's degree required.
