Pure Storage Digital Transformation Group is looking for a Salesforce Administrator, In this role you will be responsible for managing and configuring our Salesforce platform ensuring lightweight, consistent governance and adherence to industry best practices for the smooth functioning of our Sales Operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain our Salesforce instance (Production and Sandboxes), including managed packages, user setup, security settings, profile, roles and permissions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, reports, validation rules, flows and process automation to support business requirements.
  • Own deployment and release management activities for our Salesforce applications (including SOX/Audit controls).
  • Stay current with the Salesforce release and new features, evaluate the impact on our business process and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to users, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on our Salesforce platform, including user guides, training materials, and governance policies.
  • Sandbox Management - data, metadata, access and package management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, including Salesforce customizations, flow, reports and security settings.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, including relationships between objects and fields.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Github/Copado/Gearset/Jenkins etc) for Salesforce. Copado preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with lightweight, consistent governance and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Experience with CPQ and Sales Process is a plus.
