ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to successfully manage and organize a variety of activities
• Build and maintain deep and mutually beneficial client relationships with senior, board-level clients
• Develop a deep understanding of client’s business environment and audiences, and continuously aim to reach exceptional client satisfaction
• Act as an escalation point for client and project related needs
• Demonstrates a track record of work with senior clients (at least VP level) to shape the clients’ priorities. Ability to identify opportunities with clients and turn them into increased revenue
• Understand marketing innovations and how new developments can be utilized to add value to a client’s business
• Consistently develops high-impact client presentations. Proven and trusted leader in delivering verbal and written communications to clients
• Discuss knowledgeably, and apply relevantly, the full range of AKQA strategic services offering
• Maintain projected revenue, and profit targets on an account and contribute to new business opportunities

 

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

• 12+ years of experience working in a digital or creative advertising agency environment required
• Proven ability to deliver web platform builds, from research and content strategy to user experience design, UI design and development
• Experience with delivering brand strategy and new or refreshed brand identity for clients
• History leading the creation, development, production and launch of big, cross-platform (broadcast, film, digital activations, social media, OOH, interactive events, etc.) multi-touchpoint, integrated "360" advertising campaigns for global brands 
• The ability to successfully organize, manage and deliver a diverse range of innovative projects
• Previous experience launching and managing award winning brand experiences for a global clients
• A deep understanding of our client’s customers, competitors, marketplace and business challenges
• A consultative, conscientious and rigorous approach to increase our client's competitive advantage
• Sharp attention to detail, with multiple projects running simultaneously, and a drive for perfection
• A personable, professional approach to our clients business
• Best-in-class client relationship / client management skills

 

Please note, this role is remote, and candidates must be able to work in PST. Additionally, no visa candidates or candidates based outside the U.S. will be considered for this role.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
