Okta is looking for a Senior Manager to join the Customer Marketing and C-Suite Engagement team. This role will be responsible for driving consistency across new CxO programs, to include the CISO Forum, global CAB’s, executive roundtables and more. They will work closely with strategic events, sales, marketing and other stakeholders to drive the strategy and execution of executive programs, ensure alignment to the business, drive CXO engagement across the company and strengthen customer relationships.
We are looking for a self-starter, someone who can work well with cross-functional teams, develop customer centric programs that drive impact with an emphasis on CXO’s. The ideal candidate will personalize programs by persona, have a proven experience in customer marketing and/or executive programs and is comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
We need a proven and experienced team player with big ideas and results. They must be flexible with change and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly visible role with exposure to leadership across the company as well as top customers and accounts.
What you’ll be doing
- Be a core part of the customer marketing and c-suite engagement team
- Think strategically across multidisciplinary teams, establishing value-based relationships with our relevant project stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage the CISO Forum, and develop and execute strategies for CXO programs that result in new advocates and Okta Champions
- Create, launch, and manage Customer Advisory Boards, with a strategy that aligns to practitioner and C-Suite
- Track and report on key customer marketing and c-suite engagement metrics
- Communicate upcoming programs and deliverables to business leaders and project stakeholders, gathering feedback for continual optimisation.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Background in customer marketing or executive engagement with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proven success scaling advocacy programs with CxOs
- Ability to be analytical as well as a powerful storyteller and communicator
- Energy, flexibility, and drive to create real and measurable business results
- Experience in executing integrated, ROI-driven marketing and lead generation programs.
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management abilities, keen attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Passion for the role and the company's mission.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$142,000—$212,000 USD The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $158,000—$238,000 USDWhat you can look forward to as an Full-Time Okta employee!
