We're actively seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Talent Sourcer to join our newly created internal executive search team. In this role, you will partner with our Executive Recruiter, and work closely with our board and the wider senior leadership team to build and deliver a best-in-class executive search service. You’ll help ensure that Personio has access to the best executive talent in the market, and contribute greatly to delivering on our mission, and driving our continued global expansion.Role Responsibilities: What you'll doCreate and execute executive search strategies, in collaboration with the Executive Recruiter and internal stakeholders
Develop detailed position specifications and prepare briefing materials to present to prospective candidates
Conduct industry and competitor research, and own the mapping of the executive talent landscape to provide market insights to the business
Identify, engage and nurture the best passive executive talent for our open and future roles
Utilise our ATS and other tools to build and develop succession pipelines and pools, as a basis to engage, nurture and reactivate them once they are needed
Act as a subject-matter expert by providing support to our internal sourcing team, while contributing to cross-functional projects, initiatives, or programs across the wider Talent Acquisition team
7+ years of experience in a top-tier or premium boutique executive search practice, owning research for international searches across several functional areas
Experience identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various channels
A confident and clear communication style, with the ability to attract and win over passive executive candidates and excite them about Personio
An aptitude for networking and utilising connections internally and externally to ensure we identify the best talent in the market
Experience presenting and working with data to derive conclusions and recommend actions based on your analysis
