THE ROLE
As a pivotal member of our GTM Finance team, you will serve as the strategic financial architect for our Global Partner Sales organization. You will move beyond traditional reporting to influence executive decision-making by translating complex partner data into actionable investment strategies and high-impact business cases. By collaborating across Sales, Finance, and Accounting, you will ensure our partner programs are not only profitable but are the primary engine driving our global market expansion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Optimize Partner Investment: Strategically design and manage the partner investment framework and contra-rebate spend, ensuring every dollar deployed maximizes ROI and aligns with our long-term GTM financial goals.
- Drive Strategic Planning: Lead the annual and quarterly planning cycles for the Partner organization, developing sophisticated rolling forecasts and spend models that allow the business to pivot quickly based on market leading indicators.
- Deliver Executive Insights: Architect and automate dynamic financial packages and data visualizations that provide Sales and Finance leadership with a clear narrative on partner performance, profitability trends, and program effectiveness.
- Govern and Scale Operations: Partner with Channel Operations to enforce rigorous governance over rebate eligibility and payment validation, while identifying and implementing system enhancements to scale our financial processes.
- Influence Business Strategy: Act as a dedicated financial advisor to the Global Partner Organization, utilizing deep-dive analysis on compensation plans and incentive structures to advocate for changes that accelerate growth.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Analytical Storytelling: You possess a mastery of financial modeling and the ability to synthesize massive datasets from tools like Snowflake, SQL, or Tableau into compelling narratives that drive executive action.
- Strategic FP&A Expertise: You have a proven track record of navigating complex business-facing finance roles, specifically in designing investment frameworks or sales-incentive models within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Systems Agility: You are highly proficient in leveraging enterprise-level financial tools (such as Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced spreadsheet functions to build scalable, automated reporting solutions.
- Collaborative Leadership: You are a self-starter who excels at managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously while building strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional global stakeholders.
- Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
