    The Challenge

    The Systems Engineering team crafts, builds, deploys and maintains a wide variety of IT infrastructure using the latest standards and technologies.

    We are actively looking for a Senior Systems Engineering Manager, to be based in London, with a broad range of systems infrastructure related and general purpose programming skills. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strategic partnerships with business leaders and our studios, possess a strong sense of ownership, deep knowledge of a variety of technologies, and broad problem-solving experience.

    Candidates are expected to be aware of industry changes and plan to stay ahead of industry advancements to allow them to help guide the use and implementation of technology standards at Take-Two.

    What You’ll Take On
    • Define and execute the IT vision and strategy at Take-Two with an emphasis on code and automation.
    • Work on our Global Systems Engineering team, collaborating with other region Systems Engineering managers, leading and mentoring our EMEA IT Engineering team and being the primary face of Systems Engineering for the EMEA region.
    • Promote cross-region collaboration on projects and engineering efforts, as well as assist to drive communication and unity between region separated teams.
    • Drive results with clearly defined priorities, effective resource allocation, roadmaps, project plans and execution frameworks.
    • Manage the IT hardware and software asset lifecycle. Upgrade systems, invest in new technologies and gauge supply/demand to maintain operational efficiency.
    • Develop and implement standards, policies and processes for: on call support, change/incident management, service delivery, system architecture, security, disaster recovery and purchasing.
     What You Bring
    • Experience leading IT or software development teams
    • Project management experience as engineer or manager
    • Experience leading on premise infrastructure teams (virtualised environments, operating system management)
    • Practical networking experience (4 layer model, TCP/IP)
    • Leadership experience focused on automation and scripting (infrastructure as code)
    • Experience with software development principles, including version control systems, Agile development methodologies, and automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Perforce, Jenkins, Git)
    • Experience leading cloud teams (AWS, GCP, Azure)
    • Leadership experience with identity and access management systems (AD, Okta)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
     Great to Have:
    • Software development or DevOps background (coding/scripting mentorship)
    • Experience running containerised environments (e.g., Kubernetes)
    • Gaming or media production experience (build farms, Perforce)
