We are seeking a Senior Manager (individual contributor) to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, managing, and scaling our marketing technology environment. We are looking for an expert who understands the critical elements required to maintain the reliable operation of a technology stack in a high growth company.
The impact you will have:
- You will manage and maintain our MarTech stack and ensure optimal setup, configuration, performance, reliability and scale (especially Marketo)
- You will work cross functional to understand, refine and translate business needs into scalable technical requirements and processes
- You will collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate marketing technologies; initial focus is Marketo integration with systems such as CRM, CMS, and analytics tools
- You will own the lead database, ensure data hygiene, segmentation, and proper lead data flow between applications
- You will ensure compliance with data protection regulations (such as GDPR) and implement and manage governance policies
- You will maintain documentation on processes, configurations, and workflows for reference and training purposes
- You will ensure we identify and resolve technical issues immediately, including system errors, deliverability problems, and data discrepancies
- You will train and support MarTech power users on best practices and assist with technical questions
What we look for:
- Minimum 8 years of Marketo admin experience in high growth companies
- Minimum 3 years of working experience with Salesforce.com
- Highly experienced in planning, implementing and supporting new technology
- Curious about Martech systems, eager to learn and contribute to new business processes and expanding tech stack, aiming for increased ownership
- Expert in advanced lead management, including lead life cycle, capturing, enrichment, quality, privacy, marketability, matching, scoring, routing, and conversion
- Partner with stakeholders from various departments such as marketing, sales, operations, legal, product, engineering, and IT
- Advocate and get necessary buy-in for new technologies and scalable processes/programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
