Where else do you have the opportunity to really help shape a product?As our Talent Acquisition leader for the US, you will play a key role in shaping Personio’s US team, with a specific focus on recruiting top tech and product talent. You will be the leader for the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate closely with hiring managers and ultimately drive the growth of our US efforts. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our expansion into the US.

Role Responsibilities: What you’ll do 

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and executive our TA strategy for the US, aligned with Personio’s growth objectives, with an emphasis on the product and technology organization.
  • Leadership: Grow, lead and mentor a team of local recruiters, while being a key partner to the European teams.
  • Employer branding: Co-create an employer branding strategy for the US, helping to make Personio a known brand across the US tech landscape.
  • Hiring: oversee the day-to-day recruitment for our tech and product teams in the US. Partner with global teams to drive process improvements and scalable solutions in order to hire world-class talent.
  • Stakeholder management: partner closely with the US Engineering leader in addition to the Product & Engineering leaders globally to help achieve their hiring goals. 
  • Data, reporting and analytics: establish and monitor team metrics and individual KPIs for the team with the aim of elevating our hiring efforts. Track and report on key hiring activities with a focus on influencing positive change across our hiring processes. 
  • Market intelligence: stay informed about industry trends in the US, while surfacing relevant insights for our leadership team.
  • Diversity and inclusion: implement initiatives to promote D&I within our recruiting process. Partner with our internal communities and D&I team to ensure that D&I is at the forefront of our hiring efforts.

What you need to succeed

  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record supporting product and engineering teams.
  • Proven success leading scaling teams
  • Deep understanding of technology and product roles, competencies and market trends
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with and influence all levels of business leaders. 
  • Ability to utilize data effectively to drive performance and influence change across the TA landscape

Salary Range$191,000 to $216,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and final location.
