Senior People Partner
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior HR People Partner (HR Business Partner - HRBP). This role will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership in Engineering and Product to align people strategies with business goals to ensure effective end-to-end workforce planning.
This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.
Senior HR People Partners at Collibra are responsible for- Serve as a strategic People partner to Engineering and Product leadership.
- Partner with Finance, P&E Operations, and Compensation teams to support workforce and incentive planning.
- Develop and execute end-to-end workforce planning strategies, ensuring talent readiness across P&E functions.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development for P&E teams.
- Lead organizational design efforts to improve efficiency, agility, and collaboration across P&E functions.
- Influence and drive key people initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee relations.
- Act as an advocate for company culture, fostering an inclusive, high-performance work environment.
- 7+ years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced technology, SaaS, or engineering environment.
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence strategic business decisions.
- Experience with a global organization, specifically working with leaders across the United States and Europe.
- Experience in workforce planning, talent management and leadership development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; MBA is plus
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

- Experience using People data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- A strong communicator, excel at relationship-building, and have stakeholder management skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Knowledgeable of Agile methodologies and how they impact team structures.
- Within your first month, you will understand key objectives and priorities for the P&E organization through relationships built with leadership and management
- Within your third month, you will understand key People Programs and be applying People strategies
- Within your sixth month, you will have navigated the annual review and compensation cycle and be fully integrated in the Partnership with your Teams
The standard base salary range for this position is140,000.00 - 175,000.00 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
