POSITION DESCRIPTION: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams align on the product strategy, and ensure the product strategy aligns with and contributes to cross-functional and company goals; Lead a cross-functional team of designers, user research, analytics and engineers to build and deliver features that impacts millions of users; Own the feature roadmap, can effectively take into account team and company strategy when making roadmap decisions; Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research, leverage market research, competitive benchmarking and user feedback from multiple sources to prioritize roadmap decisions; Build projection models to evaluate revenue impacts of projects, balancing customer needs and business goals in roadmap prioritization; Develop feature requirements and associated use-cases for high complexity projects, define scope, milestones and success metrics by interpreting the needs of the product and the organization, shepherding projects from ideation to test results analysis and iteration; Design and conduct A/B and multivariate testing, analyze the data generated by users on the site customer journey funnel, balancing quantitative and qualitative insights to make data driven decisions and iterate quickly; Systematically identify stakeholders; analyze their needs and expectations; and plan and implement various tasks to engage with them; Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, supervise the creation, testing, and roll out, update task progresses, identify task blocks and make sure the teams align on the tasks, effectively manage multiple work streams; and Communicate the project plan, timeline and test results to the stakeholders including senior leadership, build dashboards and reports to community and simplify key metrics and results at the highest levels. REQUIREMENTS: The position requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Position also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following:

• Executing projects and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products;
• Direct user testing, A/B and multivariate testing, and data analysis;
• Advanced SQL using queries, reports and dashboards coupled with strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions;
• Data visualization tools including Tableau;
• Optimizing conversion funnels, analytics and testing;
• Ability to draw technical architecture diagrams with tools including Google Drawing;
• Demonstrable knowledge in statistical hypothesis testing to design tests and interpret results;
• Demonstrable understanding of technical architecture for complex and highly scalable web applications;
• Demonstrable knowledge of user experience research tools and techniques (e.g. usability testing, benchmarking, moderate interview, etc.).
