The role

Reporting into the Head of Continuous Improvement & Transformation, as Senior Project Manager you'll be responsible for elevating the CI and Transformation function as in-house Procurement and Supply Chain Consultant. In close collaboration with the International and Local Upstream and Downstream team, you will be responsible to lead and/or support strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in our fulfillment center, our upstream supply chain, or with our suppliers.

You will...
  • Align with Head of Continuous Improvement and Transformation on project pipeline every quarter and meet COGS targets
  • KPI-based management of continuous improvement projects and initiatives in an international supply chain (in 7+ markets)
  • Lead supplier process reviews and hold suppliers accountable for meeting HelloFresh specifications
  • Benchmarking, best practice exchange and standardization of sourcing & supply chain processes to optimize handling and ensure products meet quality standards
  • Implement best practices across functions and lead high-impact strategy projects (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Process Restructuring, Lean Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Insourcing, etc.)
  • Lead and drive Organizational Transformation Projects with cross-market stakeholders to drive desired outcome
  • Manage continuous improvement of methods, systems and tools that will help our operations teams to manage capacity on an ongoing basis as well as deliver higher process efficiency 
  • Problem solving - Identify, Prioritize, Structure, and Solve an array of other complex business problems, using analytics and business judgment
  • Create a task-force approach and spirit within the procurement community to provide execution support to our international category managers
You have/are..
  • Extensive experience preferably in a top-tier consulting or in a continuous improvement role with track record leading operational improvement projects
  • Six sigma green belt or similar qualification is a plus
  • An exceptional academic record with degree from top tier college or University (Engineering or Business degrees preferred)
  • Exemplary and demonstrable stakeholder management experience across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Solid process competency in lean methods, problem solving techniques, root cause analysis, and structuring of complex improvement projects
  • Superior analytical skills and operational modeling capabilities connected to strategic thinking
  • Progressive supply chain leadership mindset 
  • Demonstrated ability to enforce metrics that drive efficiency, measure performance and reduce costs, combined with a good sense of hands on mentality
