As Senior Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our ingredient quality enhancement and waste reduction initiatives internationally. In close collaboration with the international Food Safety & Quality, strategic procurement, production and inventory teams you will be responsible to support all quality improvement and waste reduction initiatives in our international fulfillment centers, our upstream supply chain, or with our suppliers.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within the procurement and supply chain with Strategic Procurement
• Analyze current processes, vendor relationships, and spend for Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay
• Implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards
• Analyze and optimize working capital, inventory management, and cash flow
• Implement strategies to enhance FCF through better cash flow management
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing
• Use data analytics tools to assess key performance indicators
• Prepare and present regular reports on project progress and outcomes
• Identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Quality Control
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

• An exceptional academic record with degree from top-tier college or University (Engineering or Business degrees preferred)
• 4+ years of experience within procurement, supply chain management and/or in a top-tier consulting company complemented by international multi-project management in a fast-paced environment gained in consumer driven industries
• Solid competency in data analysis, lean methods, problem solving techniques, root cause analysis, and structuring of complex improvement projects
• Six sigma green belt or similar qualification is a plus 
• Exceptional project management skills
• Exemplary and demonstrable stakeholder management experience across diverse stakeholder groups
• Superior analytical skills and operational modeling capabilities connected to strategic thinking
• Progressive supply chain leadership mindset 
• Demonstrated ability to enforce metrics that drive efficiency, measure performance and reduce costs, combined with a good sense of hands on mentality
• Interest to frequently travel abroad (up to 40%)
• Fluent business English knowledge, German and other languages are considered a plus
