With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.As our company is currently going through an exciting period of sustainable growth, we are looking for an experienced and passionate recruitment expert to drive and professionalize our international recruitment activities, uphold diversity & talent standards and position Usercentrics as Employer of choice. We offer a fantastic opportunity to further shape our international recruitment function while supporting immediate and future organizational hiring goals of Usercentrics and being part of our multinational HR Team with colleagues located across Europe.

Your Tasks

  • Hire greatly fitting candidates and safeguard a smooth candidate journey by working end-to-end on your vacancies in close cooperation with the Hiring Managers 
  • Add and develop successful sourcing channels for our target locations, especially Lisbon, thereby creating a practical pipeline
  • Work with the team on strengthening employer branding initiatives
  • Continuously look for process & quality improvements to upgrade our hiring process and experience for all stakeholders
  • Inspire our Recruitment & broader HR Team by proactively sharing knowledge, best practices and market trends

You Bring

  • Strong hands-on in-house recruitment experience (4+ years) in Portugal, preferably in a Tech company, supporting global fast-paced organizations with the recruitment of varied job profiles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships up to a senior level to influence and positively challenge existing thinking through strong market knowledge and courageous advisory skills
  • Ample experience and creativity in effective, tailored sourcing
  • Marvelous organizational skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective routine activities in a fast-paced environment
  • A cooperative, flexible & positive mindset, truly enjoying recruitment
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills (additional Portuguese language skills would be a plus)
