What can you expect in this role:

Teads is expanding and hiring for a Senior Sales Manager to bebased in Seoul, South Korea to execute strategic revenue growth in an exciting territory. 

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for growing new business across media agencies. Naturally, you will have experience bringing in new business and have a strong understanding of programmatic advertising. 

The ideal candidate has extensive industry experience knowledge and market, enjoys working independently and takes ownership on managing annual revenue targets. 

  • Identify, pitch, and close sales deals with media agencies and brands
  • Attend weekly meetings/presentations with media agencies
  • Advise and create brand loyalty
  • Manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities
  • Prepare pitch materials and RFPs
  • Negotiate Sales contracts
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience and Studio teams to develop campaign strategies 
  • Manage and maintain a healthy individual sales pipeline and achieve sales target

About You

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience or extensive experience in online advertising
  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
  • A fantastic track record of prospecting and delivering success of winning large accounts
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and programmatic
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of ad-serving and tracking technologies
  • Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, and communicate across teams
  • Ability to learn quickly and a self-starter.

  • Native Korean and fluent spoken and written English is a must
