The roleTo fuel this growth, we are hiring a Senior Sales Intelligence Analyst to build the data-driven analytics team. This role will be a key member of our growing Sales Intelligence team, pivotal in fostering data-driven decision-making and optimizing business performance across our global salesforce and leadership team.

- Develop and maintain GTM Metrics reporting framework in collaboration with Sales Strategy and Finance teams
- Generate deep dives on leading and lagging indicators to provide early warnings and insights into evolving business dynamics
- Train teams on key metrics, methodologies, and best practices for enhanced business alignment
- Develop clear documentation standards to facilitate efficient information retrieval
- Aid in alignment and validation of tools and metrics delivered by Sales Intel and related analytics teams
- Serve as a thought partner to Sales Intel tooling and infrastructure teams by anticipating analytical users' needs
- 3+ years of work experience in an analytical role of a revenue operations, FP&A, or business operations teams for B2B companies, preferably in Tech SaaS or Tech consulting
- Experienced in managing end-to-end analytics projects, from developing business cases and collaborating with stakeholders to delivering successful outcomes such as analyses, dashboards, models, or training materials
- Strong SQL proficiency, and highly skilled with Google Suite or Microsoft Office products
- Ability to articulate data-driven insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on process improvement

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:$73,000—$143,000 USD
