Senior Software Engineer - Clinical software (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Clinical Platform domain. Join a team passionate about transforming healthcare and playing an active role in shaping a fast-growing company from day one!
In the LYNX team, your main scope will be prevention. Bringing awareness to the practitioner seamlessly by creating a product that enables them see the prevention status of a patient at a glance, track their exams and vaccines in an orderly way, suggest them the right exams according to health standard recommendations and help them provide care before a pathology occurs and during an active pathology to prevent further complications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features to improve healthcare access for patients
- Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance, security, and usability of the application.
- Bring your expertise and past experiences to help us continuously improve the way we design, implement, test and monitor high-quality features
- Improving the performance of key features implemented in React (TypeScript/Javascript) and Ruby on Rails, sometimes completely challenging the status quo
- Taking leadership on delivering roadmap items (together with the team)
- Contributing to establishing a technical vision and co-drive the creation of the roadmap for next quarters

- You are proactive, curious, collaborative and eager to learn
- You are a full stack developer with a good knowledge of both BE and FE. Our stack is Javascript/Typescript and Ruby on Rails but any experience with similar frameworks is welcomed and valued.You have a good understanding of web technologies and software development life cycle
- You have a “user first” mindset and want to build a product focused on bringing value to its users, through secure, well-tested and pragmatic code.
- You are very focused on code quality and have a rigorous testing culture
- You are eager to share your knowledge and help the team grow by pair programming and mentoring.
